Summary0000020: Add a "Add folder" menu item in File
DescriptionLet the user add a folder directly from File menu in main form. Ask the user if he wants to update that folder alone in Update Library status window.

 I also added a check if the user has entered a folder deeper than those configured
i.e. The user enters F:\FLAC when F:\FLAC\Brian Eno is configured
