| Summary | 0000085: When there are no playlists and the expand button is gone, the user can't refresh the list for new playlists |
| Description | Delete all playlists. Expand the Playlists tree item, no children and no more + sign. Add a new playlist. The user can't see the playlist in the Playlists node. |
