Description	Add the MusePack lossless audio file format to the list of supported audio file formats (*.MPC). The BASS library supports MusePack files through a plugin.

Description	Add the MusePack lossless audio file format to the list of supported audio file formats (*.MPC). The BASS library supports MusePack files through a plugin. After some testing TagLib doesn't seem to support the latest metadata format for MPC files... (SV8). Maybe I can instance the TagLib.File class by specifying where the IDE3 or APE tag is...? The BASS.NET library does not support MPC files.
